For workshops
Your customers' bikes, serviced on time
We follow the kilometers on every one of your customers' bikes and let you and the rider know when it's due at the workshop. Before the breakdown, not after.
Free for up to 10 riders.

How your workshop works with sincrona
Up and running in a few minutes.
Set your interval
Choose whether wear is measured by distance or by time, and how often a bike is due. It starts at 2,000 km or 200 hours, but your workshop makes the call.
Bring your customers in
Invite them one by one or import a list. Once they accept, we sync their bikes and rides from Strava.
Get the alerts
When a bike goes past your interval, we let you know in the app. The rider gets it by email or WhatsApp, with your workshop's details.
Log the work
Save the service with notes, photos or documents. The count starts over from that date and the rider can see what was done to their bike.

Get to know your customers
Analytics brings together what happens between visits: how your workshop is doing and what your riders are like.
Your workshop at a glance
The services that were due each month and the ones you did, how late, the visits you get and which riders are drifting away.

What you can do with the analytics
Recommend what fits
Components and tune-ups that suit how each rider rides, and their bike.
A different touch for each customer
Perks for your most loyal customers, a timely reminder for regulars, a call for those drifting away.
Spot who's drifting away
The Riders at risk card tells you who to call before you lose them.
Plan the season
See which months bring the most work and offer bookings in advance.
What workshops ask us
What do my customers have to do?
Accept your workshop's invitation and let us read their bikes and rides from Strava. Riders can't sign up on their own: they always come in through a workshop.
What do I see of their rides?
For each bike, the date of the last ride and the total kilometers and hours of use. And, worked out from their rides, how much and how each customer rides: hours and distance per week, elevation, average speed, disciplines, the share of commutes and their riding profile. No routes, no ride details.
How do you know when a bike is due?
We add up the distance or riding time since the last service you recorded on that bike and compare it with your interval. Change the interval and we work out again which bikes need attention.
What if a customer moves to another workshop?
Their bikes and history go with them. You can still see the services you did for them in your service history.
How much does it cost?
Globero, the plan every new account starts on, is free for up to 10 riders, with ride syncing, wear estimates and automated notifications. Use it to try sincrona out or to run your actual workshop. The other plans are on Pricing.
How do I make it pay?
Like any tool on your bench: it opens up new services around maintenance. Booked services at a better price, maintenance bundles, a yearly fee for your club… How you charge for it is up to you.
Fewer surprise breakdowns. Better-planned weeks. More bikes ready to ride.
