A well-kept bike, nothing to write down
Your workshop knows how much you ride each bike and lets you know when it's due for maintenance. Your rides come in from Strava on their own.
sincrona comes through your workshop: there's no need to sign up on your own.
How it works
You keep riding as usual. We take care of the rest.
Your workshop invites you
You give them your name, your email and, if you like, your phone number. You choose whether alerts reach you by email or WhatsApp.
You accept and connect Strava
Accepting the invitation lets us read your bikes and rides. We bring in your past rides and every new one.
We let you know in time
When a bike goes past your workshop's maintenance interval, you get an alert under your workshop's name. And a confirmation once they record the service.
Your history goes with you
Every service stays in your account, with your mechanic's notes and any photos or documents. If another workshop asks you to switch and you accept, your history comes along.
What riders ask us
What can my workshop see about my rides?
For each bike, the date of your last ride and the total kilometers and hours of use. And, worked out from your rides, how much and how you ride: hours and distance per week, elevation, average speed, disciplines, the share of commutes and your riding profile. No routes, no ride details.
Who holds my data?
We do, not your workshop: the Strava permission is one you give to sincrona. We only use your contact details to talk to you about your bikes and their maintenance, and we never share them with third parties.
What do I need to do in Strava?
Give each bike a clear, unique name, and set its type if you can. When you log a ride, check it has the right bike: otherwise the wear goes to another one.
What if I switch workshops?
The new workshop sends you a request, and you'll see it when you log in. If you accept, your bikes, rides and service history move over to them.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, any time, from your profile. We delete your data and your workshop can no longer see your bikes or rides.
