About us

Workshops and riders, in sync

We want to connect workshops and riders through a simple, transparent and reliable platform. So every bike gets its maintenance on time, with nothing to write down, and the workshop and the rider speak the same language.

Mission

Improve the relationship between workshops and riders, adding value in an increasingly digital and competitive world: the workshop gets ahead of every service and the rider always knows what their bike needs.

Vision

A future where technology and in-person customer service go hand in hand, with fair prices, quality service and a more sustainable sport.

What we care about

The principles we build sincrona on.

Privacy first

We work with the minimum data. Your workshop only sees the date of your last ride and each bike's distance and hours, never the details of your routes.

The workshop's judgement

Each workshop tunes maintenance intervals to its own experience. sincrona does the maths; the decisions stay with the mechanic.

Bikes that last longer

A component serviced on time lasts longer and fails less. That's better for your wallet and for cycling.

Team

sincrona was born in Madrid, somewhere between the workshop, the road and the code.
