Access your account
Your workshop created your account with the email you gave them, so you never chose a password. To get into app.sincrona.cc (where you see your bikes, their services and your contact details) you have two options. Pick whichever suits you: you only need one.
Is your email a Gmail or Google account?
Then you don't need a password. On the login screen click "Continue with Google" and pick that same account. You'll go straight into the account your workshop created, with your bikes and your details.
Use the same email
The Google account must have the same email you gave your workshop. If you use a different one, you'll end up in a separate account, without your bikes.
Using another email? Create a password
You only need to do this once, and it takes a couple of minutes:
Click "Reset password?"
On the login screen of app.sincrona.cc (or from the Log in button you saw after accepting your
workshop's invitation). You haven't forgotten anything: it's simply how you create your first password.
Enter your email
The same one you gave your workshop. We'll email you a link to choose your password. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder; if the link has expired, repeat this step.
Choose your password and log in
From now on, log in with your email and that password. To change or recover it later, the process is the same.
Important
We will never ask you for your password by email, WhatsApp or over the phone, and neither will your workshop. Nobody at sincrona or at your workshop can see it.
