Contact and notifications
Everything sincrona sends you — the invitation from your workshop, the warning that a bike is due for a service, the confirmation of a service that's been registered — travels through the contact details your workshop typed in when they registered you. If a digit of your phone number is wrong, or the email has a typo, those messages simply never reach you.
Keeping this up to date also means:
- Your workshop can reach you about a repair.
- You choose the channel: email or WhatsApp, whichever you actually read.
Important
We use your details only to communicate with you about your bikes and services, and never share them with third parties.
What you can edit
Open your profile
Go to your sincrona profile. If it's your first time, see how to access your account.
Review your details
- Name and surname: what your workshop sees when they look you up.
- Email: the address your account is tied to.
- Phone and country code: needed if you want to be notified over WhatsApp.
Choose your notification channel
Pick the channel you want us to use: email or WhatsApp. The change applies to future notifications only, and you can change it as many times as you want.
Important
If you choose WhatsApp, make sure your phone number and its country code are correct. A wrong number means no notifications at all — we have no way of knowing that the message didn't reach you.
Save
Click Save. Your changes take effect immediately.
Where can I see what you've sent me?
Every notification we send you is also listed in the platform, under the notifications section, and on each bike's page you'll find the ones related to that specific bike. So even if you miss a message, nothing is lost.
Next up: the quick start, to get to know the rest of the platform.
