Less busywork, more time on the bike
September 15 – October 16, 2026

This release is about the parts of the job that never happen on a bike: getting your riders in, knowing when their bikes are due, and getting to know them between visits too. Less admin for you, fewer surprises for them.
Your workshop and your riders, on one page
The new Analytics page tells you what happens between visits. Under Maintenance you see how many services were due each month and how many you did, how late, how many visits you get and which riders are drifting away. Under Your riders, how loyal they are, how they ride and how many hours they spend riding each week, outdoors or indoors. And you can filter all of it by period, discipline and profile.

Read the analytics of each rider and each bike
Each rider's page sums up their hours and distance per week, their elevation, whether their services are on time and their visits, with their loyalty and riding profile in view. Each bike's page adds, when there's enough data, when its next service is due, its average speed and how many of its rides are commutes. With all that, what you do next is up to you: recommend the components that suit how each rider rides, give your most loyal customers special care, win back the ones drifting away, plan the season…

Invite your whole client list in one go
Inviting riders one at a time is over. 👋 Upload the list you already have — Excel, CSV or JSON — and sincrona checks every row and shows you exactly who is about to be invited before a single message goes out. Typos get caught while they're still typos.
See at a glance which bikes are due
Every bike card now carries a small ring showing its wear level against your maintenance interval, turning warmer as a service gets close. Riders see the same ring on their own bikes, so the "it's about time" chat starts before anything squeaks. And if kilometres don't tell the whole story — think mountain bikes — you can now count wear in hours of riding instead.
Also in this update
- Riders can switch workshops without losing a thing. Invite someone who already rides with another workshop and we'll ask them to switch; once they accept, their bikes, rides and service history come along.
- Show the work, not just the invoice. Attach photos, videos or documents to any service, and both you and the rider can pull them up from the bike's history months later.
- Trainer sessions, accounted for. Rides from Strava now say whether they were on a trainer or a commute: trainer time counts towards hours but doesn't skew speed or distance.
- sincrona speaks English as well as Spanish — switch any time from your profile.
- Riders on Gmail can just "Continue with Google" — no password to create.
